How low will Yuan go in 2010?

Our chief author Steven Chow, recently wrote an article to predict How china will handle Renminbi appreciation pressure from international society in 2010. The article was published on Alrroya before the opening of 11th national people’s congress, we predicted “Yuan will stay pegged for the time being and we should not expect a one-off revaluation of 5 per cent. China will wait for the rest of the global economy to improve and for global demand to return to pre-crisis levels.”

On the news conference of National People’s Congress, Premier Wen Jiabao declared currency(Renminbi) will remain “basically stable”.
